Return and Exchange Policy
• Exchanges: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video and images. We will replace the product as soon as possible.
• Quality Assurance: Every product is quality-checked before shipping. However, if a manual error occurs, we offer an exchange or replacement.
• Shipping for Exchanges: Customers must ship the product back to our address. We currently do not offer reverse pickup, but courier charges will be reimbursed.
• No Cash Refunds: We offer exchanges only, not cash refunds.
• Non-Returnable Items: Clearance sale items, stitched blouses, ready-to-wear sarees, custom-made products, and made-on-order items (including artistic handwork) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
