Stitching Guidelines

At Kaarmugizh, we ensure high-quality stitching for a perfect finish. Please note the following:
        •        Standard Measurements: All stitching follows industry-standard sizing unless customization is requested at the time of order.
        •        Minor Adjustments: As body shapes and preferences vary, slight alterations may be required after delivery. Customers may consult a local tailor if needed. Kaarmugizh is not responsible for minor size adjustments.
        •        Customization Requests: For customized stitching, accurate measurements must be provided during the order process via WhatsApp. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
        •        Stitching Defects: If there is a genuine defect caused by our team, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video. Upon review, we will provide a suitable resolution, such as repair or exchange.
        •        No Exchange for Custom Orders: Since stitched products are tailored to customer specifications, returns or exchanges are not accepted for stitched blouses, custom-made, or made-on-order items.
