• Unstitched orders are processed within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Custom or made-to-order items (sarees, blouses, kidswear) may require extra processing time, which will be mentioned in the product description.
2. Shipping Charges
• Domestic Shipping: Free shipping on all domestic orders.
• International Shipping: Charges vary by country and will be communicated via WhatsApp (+91 8098076967) or social channels.
3. Delivery Timelines
• Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery 2-5 days after dispatch.
• International Orders: Estimated delivery 4-8 days, depending on the destination.
• Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier partner schedules and unforeseen delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, the tracking number will be shared via SMS or email. You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.
5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order is delayed or undelivered, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8098076967, and we will assist you.
6. Important Notes
• Ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing the order.
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the given address.
• Answer calls from the delivery executive (10 AM - 7 PM IST) for smooth delivery.
• If undelivered, the courier partner will attempt delivery 2 to 3 times on consecutive days. If the delivery remains unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest hub for self-collection. If not collected, it will be returned to origin (RTO), and re-shipping charges will apply.
